Service & Product Support Information:

To return items purchased through Emotiva Audio Corporation for repair, warranty work, or refund you will need to call us at 1-877-EMO-TECH to obtain a Returned Merchandisel Authorization (RMA) number.

Please return the item in the original packaging with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box to the address shown below. If you are returning a product for repair, please include a description of the problem and your contact information in order to expedite your repair.

Units returned to us without a clearly marked RMA number will be refused.

All Emotiva products are covered by a limited five year, transferable warranty. We make every effort to build high quality products free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the rare event you require service or technical assistance, please contact us immediately.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse goods that are not returned to us in the original packing material. Please note that most of our products are VERY heavy. Emotiva has carefully designed packaging to ensure the safe transit of our products. Most units returned to us in non-original packaging suffer damage during transit, sometimes substantially so. This is not covered under warranty, FedEx/UPS will not reimburse you for the damage (even if you have purchased insurance) if they judge the packing to be unacceptable. If you do not have the original packaging, please contact us and we will be happy to send you original packaging at a very nominal fee.

International Customers please note:
Shipping costs for repair and warranty work on products outside the continental USA (including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada) are the sole expense of the owner. Owner is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Emotiva, as well as any brokerage, VAT, taxes, duties, and any other costs associated with the importation and exportation of said product.


Please note that for export and customs purposes, the country of origin of all Emotiva products is China, unless otherwise specified.
