Shipping in the USA
Where do you ship free?
We ship free within the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO, and FPO addresses. Shipping options and delivery estimates are available at checkout.
How quickly are orders shipped?
We ship the same day, as long as the order is received by 1PM CST. Orders placed after 1PM are processed the next business day.
What courier service does Emotiva use?
Our preferred courier is FedEx Ground.
How long will it take to receive my shipment in the USA?
Within the USA, shipping usually takes from 2-6 business days, depending on your relative distance to TN.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes. You will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. If you do not receive this number, please contact us.
Am I required to sign for my FedEx package?
Yes. For orders valued over $300, Fedex requires a signature at the time of delivery. Fedex will obtain a signature from any person at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery. Direct Signature Required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential address. If you would like your shipment to be delivered to another address, please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@emotiva.com or 615-790-6754.
