Thank you for submitting your device information. Once your information has been validated and entered in the Dirac system, your processor will be authorized and you will be able to use the Dirac Live 3 software. This process normally takes two to four business days.

Note: If your processor was purchased after 01/01/2022, your unit is already pre-registered with Dirac. If you attempt to use the Dirac Live 3 software with your processor before your license is activated you will receive an error message from the software indicating that it has failed to locate a valid license for your unit. This message simply indicates that your processor has not been authenticated yet - and that you may have to wait a bit longer - or you may have entered your MAC address incorrectly.
