When local weather gets rough, we may close the office or work remotely to keep our team safe.

IN EFFECT: January 26, 2026. Offices will be closed due to winter ice storm in Franklin, TN and surrounding areas. 

What this means for you:

• Support tickets will take longer to receive a reply. If you already have a ticket number, you are in the queue and do not need to submit again.

• Service and production timelines will be extended.

• Upcoming restocks may be delayed if inbound shipments are held up by weather.

• Order fulfillment may be delayed, and local carriers could experience service interruptions. That means they will not be able to pick-up our fulfilled orders until it is safe to do so.

• Already expecting a delivery? For the latest on service in your area, please check the FedEx or USPS websites.
