Integrators Program Terms and Conditions

All requests are evaluated individually and subject to Emotiva's approval. Purchases are not permitted for the purpose of maintaining backstock or use as demo units. Payment is required at the time of order placement, with multiple payment options available. Reselling Emotiva products on third-party e-commerce sites or using drop shipping is strictly prohibited. Cancellations may incur fees, including a restocking fee if the order has already shipped. All products come with Emotiva's standard warranty, and we encourage the warranty to be transferred to the client, although integrators may act on behalf of the client. Emotiva Audio Corporation reserves the right to terminate agreements at any time. The use of Emotiva's assets, trademarks, web domain, and related resources for promotional purposes, or indirectly selling Emotiva products online, is prohibited. While you may list Emotiva as a brand you carry, any promotional content must feature your own lifestyle and project-focused photography. Promotions are non-combinable and do not include free returns, closeout items, additional discounts, last-chance products, or trade-ins. No custom or tiered pricing options are available.
