How much does shipping cost in the USA?
We offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 states with a minimum purchase of $49. For orders in the contiguous 48 states under $49 there is a $12 flat rate shipping fee. For locations in the USA, but not in the contiguous 48 states, your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout, and international duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery. We also offer expedited shipping (quotes on request).
How do I get product support in the USA?
Product Support for ALL Emotiva products will be provided by the Sales and Support personnel at our main headquarters in the USA. This includes pre-sales support, support for setting up and configuring your product, support for resolving minor issues should they occur, and requests to have products serviced, or to return products. Please reach out to sales@emotiva.com or 615-790-6754.
How do I get service?
If and when service is required, products purchased by customers in the USA, or by customers located in areas not covered by one of our international locations, will be serviced at our Factory Service Center here in the USA. please contact sales@emotiva.com or 615-790-6754 for more information. You will cover the freight for service, however, we can offer a shipping label at our cost and deduct it from your refund.
How do I return to the USA?
If you wish to return a product FOR ANY REASON you MUST first obtain a Return Authorization from our Sales Department or Support Department. Products purchased from our main location here in the USA must be returned to this location – unless other arrangements are made. You will cover the return shipping freight, however, we can offer a shipping label at our cost and deduct it from your refund.

How much is shipping for Europe Direct?
Orders ship free over €49 to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes, duties and taxes, including VAT where applicable, are collected at checkout.
Why do your prices differ on our website for Europe?
We’ve got a singular website to service all of our markets. We’ve got a currency conversion tool that is converting the product price that we ship in the USA which is slightly different than it would be from Denmark. If you're seeing discrepancies, please go all the way through checkout to see the final price which is typically better than the conversion on the product collection pages. Keep in mind, we are covering free shipping, which we were never able to offer before when we were shipping from the USA.
What if I live in a European Country that is not covered?
We have a few countries that are excluded from our European direct model because we have a few wonderful distributors that sell Emotiva products. For information on those countries please visit https://emotiva.com/pages/international-distributors

Orders ship free over $49 CAD. Local taxes will be collected at checkout. There are no additional import charges because our products are shipped locally from our warehouse in Canada.
