When will my credit card be processed?
To provide the fastest possible service, your credit card will be processed immediately when your order is placed. On the rare occasion when a product cannot be shipped immediately, the next shipping date will be displayed at the top of the product page.
What is the status of my order?
You will get a shipment notification emailed to you as soon as your order ships out. If you have any questions or are having trouble tracking your order please give us a call at 877-366-8324.
Orders cannot be changed or adjusted once they have been placed. If you need to change your order, it will need to be cancelled and resubmitted. If packages have already been shipped, a fee will be required to call the item back.
We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm CST will start processing the next business day.

Emotiva products are sold exclusively online by us via our website emotiva.com.
Where does Emotiva build their products?
All Emotiva products are designed at our facilities in Tennessee. Our flagship products like the XMC-1, XPA Gen 3 amplifiers, and EGO DACs are assembled in our state-of-the art production center on-site, while other products are made by our most efficient manufacturing partners, in China and around the world.
What are Factory Renewed Products?
Our factory-renewed units have been fully tested and rigorously inspected to meet demanding Emotiva standards by a technician in terms of both performance and sound quality. They still carry the same great benefits of our brand new units. They carry the same warranty and 30 day in home trial as a new product. They are in like-new condition both in appearance and in function. Customers consistently praise factory-renewed units and are ecstatic with their operation in their home.
Can I visit Emotiva?
We are currently closed to the public. If you are looking for local drop off or pickup please contact email@example.com or 615-790-6754 for more information. We are open Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.
Do you have a trade-in program?
Yes, if you are an original owner of an Emotiva product, we can offer a trade-in value, which can be used towards a purchase of a new, full-priced item of greater value. If you would like to place an order please let us and we will be happy to assist you.
