Estimated shipping period: mid-December 2025
Status: Parts arrived on 10/17. All orders being built and shipped daily.
• Batch 2 — Ordered on/after December 4th, 2025
Estimated shipping period: January–February 2026
Status: Accepting reservations.

FAQ
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve incoming gear before it’s in stock. You’ll see an estimated ship window on the product page and here on this FAQ. When your batch is ready, we ship in the order received.
When is my card charged?
At checkout. Pre-orders are paid in full when you place the order. That guarantees your spot in the production queue.
Are the dates guaranteed?
Dates are best estimates, not promises. Parts availability, freight timing, and final QC can move schedules. If anything changes, we’ll update this page first and email impacted customers.
How do batches work?
We group pre-orders into batches with their own estimated ship windows. Your order date determines your batch.

You’ll see the active batch on the product page. If you ordered earlier, your email receipt and this page tell you which batch you’re in.
Can I cancel if I don’t want to wait?
Yes. If timing no longer works, we’re happy to cancel and refund your pre-order before it ships. (Contact Support with your order number.)
Can I change my address or combine orders?

Address changes: No problem—contact Support before your order ships.

Combine/split shipments: All items in an order will ship together. If you ordered an item that is in stock and a pre-order item, but would like us to ship what's ready to go, just email us with your order number.
Price, promos, and taxes

Your price is locked when you pre-order.

Taxes are calculated at checkout; international customers are responsible for any import duties.
Returns & warranty
Standard Emotiva return policy applies from delivery date, and warranties begin when your product is delivered.
