Each Emotiva BasX system starts with a preamp or processor, which acts as the brains and control center of your system, enabling you to select which source to listen to or watch, and to set preferences like which surround sound decoding mode to use. Add one of our stereo or multi-channel amplifiers and you’ve built the foundation of a great home theater or stereo music system.

Then add a set of our BasX loudspeakers, which leverage many of the advanced design features and technologies we developed for our top models, sound great in almost any room, and are designed to take up as little space as possible. BasX series speakers are designed to deliver clean, well-balanced sound, with very low distortion and excellent imaging, and all at a price that makes owning them simple.
