Web App Fixes

• XMC-2+ will configure rear speakers
• Volume buttons are more accessible from any screen size
• Dirac filter selection is visually more consistent whether 2 or 3 filters are loaded
• Information "DD+ audio type" text is correct
• Level Menu - to run off test tones, select "test tone off", which returns full DSP decoding to all speakers, normal playback state
• Sliding scale bubble update during drag
• eARC input now available in the drop down input menu
• Improved Wi-Fi easy setup
