☑️Approval of Requests: All requests are evaluated case-by-case and are subject to approval.

☑️Prohibited Purchases: Products cannot be purchased to maintain backstock or be used as demo units.

☑️Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of placing the order. Multiple forms of payment are accepted.

☑️Resale Restrictions: Reselling our products on e-commerce sites is strictly prohibited. Drop shipping is not allowed.

☑️International Orders: International orders are subject to shipping costs and customs/import fees.

☑️Order Cancellations: Order cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. If the order has already shipped, a restocking fee will apply.
